Happy Birthday Emme!

Our last destination was American Girl doll store in Hollywood.  Emme's birthday is in August so we did her birthday trip now.  She and I had a great time browsing through the store picking out her presents.  She chose an ice skating outfit, violin set, outfit for her bitty baby, praline the cat, carrier for the cat.

Andersen's Split Pea Soup

Dinner at the famous Andersen's Restaurant in Buellton, CA.  Near Solvang, which we drove through after dinner.  It was all so beautiful!  The kids want to come here again and stay for awhile.  Sounds good to me!

Pismo Beach

Kevin rented a board and surfed for 4 hours.  We all played and got sunburned.

After we left San Francisco we stopped at Monterey to play in the waves!
