I have recently been introduced to doTERRA essential oils. I am using them every day and am a firm believer! I believe God created this earth and He gave us what we need to be able to take care of our bodies. These oils are derived from plants, stems, seeds. They are all from this glorious earth in their pure form.
I am so confident in these products that I am an Independent Consulant offering these fabulous oils to everyone!
My first experience with doTERRA essential oils was for my Dad. He has shoulder pain due to bone spurs and cannot lift his arm above his shoulder. He was taking some major pain killers to get him through the day. I put Deep Blue on and within minutes he said "What's in this? It doesn't hurt anymore." He uses it daily now. My sister uses Deep Blue for back pain that goes down through the heels of her feet. When she is on her feet too long, she experiences severe pain. I rubbed Deep Blue on the heels of her feet and she was able to be on her feet without pain. Awesome!
My Dad is also a restless sleeper. My mom puts lavender on his feet every night and he is sleeping soundly now without tossing and turning. I use the lavender every night to enhance my sleep. I get woken up every night by the kids or just thoughts of everything I have to do. I was waking up in the morning feeling tired and groggy as if I had only slept a few hours when I had 8 or 9 full hours. With the lavender I wake up feeling rested. Love it!
I put a drop of lemon in my cup of water every day and my system is very regular (which I haven't had in years). Yeah! I am not drinking Coke anymore which I used to have a 44 oz every day. I know:(
I love to use the Breathe when my allergies are bugging me or I'm feeling a little congested and that sinus headache. I put it across my sinuses and under my nose and immediately I feel clearer. My husband will get congested occassionally and snores at night. I was woken up by him, went to get the Breathe and told him I was going to put it on. I put it across the bridge of his nose, across his sinuses and under his nose. He did not snore the rest of the night and he felt much better in the morning.
The lemon, Purify and On Guard are oils I use in cleaning my house. I don't use chemicals anymore. I put a few drops of these oils in some Castille soap and I have a completely natural, potent cleanser. These oils are so pure that you can use them internally so it's alright if the kids help and get it on their hands and then touch their face.
As you can see, essential oils are part of my daily life and I am so grateful! It's reassuring to know that if my children or my husband or I have any ailment, I can go to my Family Physician Kit and there will be something to help. Our doctor will only be seeing us for yearly checkups!
Thanks for reading. I would love to send you a free sample of anything you would like to try or that may help any of your ailments. Please visit my website at www.doterra.myvoffice.com/paiviflannery, email me at paiflanne@yahoo.com or call my cell phone 253-310-6883. I would love to help you!

Treat Your Mom!
Doesn't this sound fabulous! But don't get your oils from the health food store. They are not 100% pure if they are not CPTG (certified pure therapeutic grade) which doTERRA oils are. I can't wait to try the scalp massage. I'm going to have to have Kevin do that for me.

Celebrating Emme's Birthday
Emme helped me to make her cake. You have to lick the beaters, that's the best part! Olivia joined in.
Birthday dinner. We received this red "you're special" plate and glass as a wedding gift and everyone gets it for their birthday, and any other time we remember to pull it out, just because.
Emme chose a marble cake, she wanted both vanilla and chocolate. She also wanted both white frosting and chocolate frosting. I got this whipped frosting from the bakery at Frye's, best cake ever! It was super yummy!
Emme got this "silly sentences" and we all played after dinner. It was really fun and will help with learning words.
Emme's 6th Birthday!
This is Emme's little friend Anna who sits across from her. She made that little necklace for Emme for her birthday.
This is "the garden" in Ms Layton's classroom. So creative. Ms Layton previously was a junior high science teacher and they do a lot of science. They get to look in the microscope every day and guess what it is they are looking at. How cool!
Joseph's Favorites
Our kids are back in school and Joseph's teacher asked each of the students to bring in a picture of their favorite band and also a picture of somewhere they want to go. As you can see, these are Joseph's choses. He also just put pictures of himself and things he likes to do all over his binder. I love that he chose a picture of himself as a toddler pulling the toilet paper off the roll in the bathroom. Cute boy! Along with that is a picture of his family and of course playing football.
Huntington Beach
He finally had to come in so we could take that long drive back to reality and get our kids. We had a wonderful time but were glad to see our cute kidlets and be home. Thanks to wonderful friends that kept our kids for us we had this getaway!
Downtown Disney
One of my favorite things at Disneyland is to watch through the windows in the candy shop and see what and how they are making these wonderful treats!
They have this shop at Downtown Disney where you can build your own remote control car. It's so cool! You pick out the body and take it to the building area to assemble.
Kevin and I had the chance to go to Irvine, CA for the weekend. We were celebrating our 13th anniversary a little early since Emme has now claimed our anniversary date as her birthday. Friday night we went to Downtown Disney, strolled through the stores, had dinner, listened to the live music and watched the fireworks. So fun!
